Everything in one place

From the vendor's spreadsheet or a stack of lead cards to callable leads in minutes.

  • Spreadsheet uploads that map themselves

Drop in a vendor CSV or Excel file. Columns are matched for you (AI suggestions, or your own), statuses you've mapped before are remembered, and duplicates are caught before they become two leads.

  • Photos and PDFs of lead cards

Snap a card or upload a vendor PDF. The AI reads each person off it and you check the details before anything is added. Admins can turn AI reading off for the agency.

  • Bulk reading for mailer packs

Drop a pile of cards or a 100-page mailer pack. Long PDFs are split into parts and read in the AI's bulk queue at half the cost, usually ready to review within the hour.

  • Bulk reading finishes on its own

Keep the upload page open until your files are sent (a big upload takes a few minutes). Then you can close it: they're read in the background, and a notice on Today tells you when they're ready to review, with how many people were found.

  • See bulk reading's progress

While your files are in the bulk queue, the upload page shows how many have been read out of the total, which step each file is at, and when the reader was last checked. Today shows the count too, and the page says when they're all ready to review.

  • Hard-to-read numbers, flagged

A hard-to-read digit on a handwritten card no longer blanks the number: it goes in marked unverified, with the card beside it. Tap Looks right or fix it. The call panel shows a heads-up, and power dial and Work this list skip them unless you switch that off.

  • Answer once, every card is added

Drop a pile of photos or PDFs, answer once (or pick an admin's preset) and tick the statement. Everyone with a phone, email or street address is added; anything unclear is flagged Needs a look on the lead, never held up.

  • Needs a look, on the lead

A lead with something unclear on its card gets a Needs a look badge, a filter on Leads and the Board, and a banner with the reasons and the card at the person's page. Done checking, or a fix, clears it.

  • One person, two uploads, nothing lost

A spreadsheet row and a card for the same person are tied together, either order: the card is attached, a matching number confirms it, and a different value is kept with its source. Two different numbers stay, both unverified.

  • Unverified numbers: include or leave out

One Include / Leave out switch for numbers read from handwriting in Power dial, Work this list, Leads and the Board, remembered for you. Their Call button is blue and says so; a wrong number asks to fix it.

  • Tell us what the list is

Mark a spreadsheet or a pile of cards as Final Expense, Mortgage Protection or Mixed when you upload it. Leads with no type of their own get the list's; a type in the file is kept. Presets remember it.

  • Lead Sources: tidy up old uploadsFor admins

For each upload, set Final Expense or Mortgage Protection on its leads that have no type, or give an upload with no vendor one. Values already there and anything an agent changed are kept. Every change is in the lead's history.

  • Every vendor a lead came from

When the same person comes from more than one vendor, the board card, the lead and Lead Sources name each one. An independent agent's private lists are never named to anyone else.

  • Hand out leads your wayFor admins

Assign or split a batch between agents, give leads outright or lease them with a timer that brings them back, and take back leased leads whenever you need to.

  • Your own Do Not Call list

Every number someone asks you not to call stays on the agency's list, across uploads and duplicate records, and Registry scrubs are recorded on each number.

  • See every source of a lead

When the same person arrives in several uploads, they stay one lead and the lead shows every upload they came from: vendor, type and date, first one marked. Uploads you can't see are only counted. Board cards show how many sources.

  • Consent on record for every lead

How each person gave permission, where, when, the wording, the company it named, and the vendor's IP address or certificate. Imports fill it from vendor columns, changes go in the lead's history, and lists filter by it. Record-keeping only.

  • Responsibility on record with every uploadFor admins

Each upload records who confirmed your agency may contact the people in it and follows the calling, texting and Do Not Call laws, and when. An owner or admin accepts the Agency Responsibility statement once.
