Agent agreement — calling rules

Version 1 · published Sep 30, 2026

Before using Leaderboard, read and agree to the following.

1. Leaderboard is a lead filtering and workflow tool. It does not monitor or guarantee compliance. You are responsible for every call and text you make. It stops a few clear-cut things — calling hours, more than 3 attempts in 24 hours, and numbers on our own Do Not Call list — and shows what's on record, but it can't catch everything and doesn't guarantee anything. The decision to contact someone, and how you do it, is yours alone.

2. You will follow the law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call lists and calling rules (such as Florida's), and your state's insurance rules.

3. You are responsible for scrubbing your lists. Before calling, scrub every list against the National Do Not Call Registry and the state lists that apply (such as Florida's), at least every 31 days, using the agency's registry account or a scrubbing service, and don't call any number the scrub flags. Only record a scrub or mark a number "Not listed" after you have actually done it. The agency may review your records and give feedback, but checking is your job.

4. You will honor every request not to be called. Record it right away with "Asked not to be called", and never contact that number again from any record, list or phone.

5. You will not work around the system: no calling leads outside Leaderboard to avoid its checks, no false call results or registry entries, no importing lists you don't have the right to use, and no sharing your login.

6. You will keep lead information private and use it only to offer life insurance through the agency. You won't raise Medicare products with a life lead without separate permission.

7. Breaking these rules can cost you your access and your place with the agency, and you may be personally responsible for fines or claims that result from your own violations.

8. Release and indemnity. You agree that The Move Marketing Team LLC is not responsible for how you use Leaderboard or for calls and texts you make in breach of these rules or the law. You release The Move Marketing Team LLC from, and will indemnify and hold it harmless against, any claims, fines, penalties, settlements and reasonable legal costs that result from your own violations of these rules or of any calling law.

Accepting is a one-time step: you'll only be asked again if this agreement changes.
